Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all YESMYWEB engagements unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Scope of services
Services are delivered according to the written proposal accepted by the client. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Pricing
Displayed prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, features, third-party tools, integrations and applicable taxes.
Payments
Project work typically runs on a milestone schedule, and retainers are billed monthly in advance. Work may pause on overdue invoices.
Client responsibilities
Timely content, approvals, brand assets and platform access are required to meet delivery timelines. Delays in these may shift milestone dates.
Third-party platforms
Marketplace, advertising and hosting platforms set their own policies, fees and approval processes. We manage compliance but cannot guarantee platform decisions.
Results
We commit to defined activities, reporting and best-practice execution. Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, budget and product fit, so specific rankings, revenue or ROI figures are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client. Underlying tools, frameworks and licensed third-party assets remain with their owners.
Cancellation
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Completed work and the current billing period remain payable.
